Kundalini Meditations

Kundalini Yoga and Meditation includes many powerful meditations, which we teach based on personal needs.  This practice is known as ‘the yoga and meditation of self awareness’.  The meditations we teach from the Kundalini tradition are based on the individual’s specific needs.  For example, there are many effective meditations for health challenges such as anxiety, immune disorders, glandular disorders, hormonal dysregulation, digestive upset, stress, and many more. Kundalini meditations are another tool for you to have in your toolbox; they can be used any time throughout your day.

The techniques I teach empower people. In these powerful meditations, there is no fancy cushion, meditation app, special music or ‘Buddha-like’ mind required. I simply provide these powerful tools so that individuals can use them to meditate anytime, and anywhere. - Natalie
