These practices are designed to be easefully incorporated with the busy modern lives people live.
My goal is simple: to empower you. Through my mediation training, there is no fancy cushion, meditation app or 'thought free' mind required. I provide you with these powerful tools so that you can use them to meditate anytime, and anywhere. I teach you how to meditate, what to do with thoughts in your meditations, and provide ongoing support to help you succeed. Giving you the resources needed to decrease stress, lower anxiety, increase energy and feel more connected with yourself and others.
Every day people are struggling. With the demands at their jobs, hectic family schedules, keeping up with their studies and just handling everything life can throw at you. To navigate this, we need to first recognize these factors and have tools to not just handle them, but to thrive.
Through my teaching, you will learn the art of mediation which allows your mind and body to experience a deep state of rest. In this deep rest, your physiology begins to process, soften, heal and effortlessly cultivate a state of restful awareness. The more you learn and practice, the easier it will be to dip into this deep state of rest and relaxation. Leading you to have more moments of peace, connection and creativity that you can bring into your daily life.
In addition to guided meditations, I teach two styles of meditation to give you the tools to practice on your own:
Primoridal Sound Meditation
o A mantra based meditation technique based on ancient Vedic principles and modernized by Drs David Simon and Deepak Chopra. This technique is both simple and yet powerful. Primordial Sound Meditation is the foundational technique I teach and can be practiced by anyone who can think a thought. It is even suitable for children ages 4 and up. It has incredible stress relieving qualities, while also aiding in deep sleep, expanded creativity, more mindfulness, increased intuition, and enhanced mindfulness.
o Kundalini Yoga and Meditation includes many powerful meditations, which I teach based on personal needs. For example, there are effective meditations for health challenges such as anxiety, immune disorders, glandular disorders, hormonal dysregulation, digestive upset, stress, releasing emotions and many more. This practice is known as ‘the yoga and meditation of self-awareness’. Kundalini meditations are a powerful tool for you to have in your toolbox; they can be used any time throughout your day.
Today's fast paced lifestyles often include multitasking and feeling pulled in multiple directions all at once. As a result, many people feel like they aren't present for the moments that make up their lives. Mindfulness practices increase our ability to be present for our lives. As a result these practices bring greater joy, fulfillment and happiness into our lives.
Through my teachings of mindfulness, you will learn practical tools to implement into your life for more presence. These tools help you squeeze more of the richness out of your life, while also alleviating stress, creating mental resilience, the ability to better direct your attention, and so much more. Studies show that the most efficient and effective way to cultivate mindfulness is through a regular meditation practice, so I will also teach you meditation techniques focused on building your awareness and mindfulness.
