Natalie Creeden has been practicing and studying the art of mindfulness, meditation, and yoga since 2002. These modalities improved her life so much that she decided to study for over 18 months to share the power of these practices with others. Natalie trained as a Primoridal Sound Meditation Instructor with Deepak Chopra at the Chopra Center for Well Being in Southern California. She is also a certified Kundalini Yoga and Meditation teacher. Natalie studied the Kundalini tradition under world-renowned teacher Ravi Singh. She says she will forever be a student of the mind and of the world.


As a teacher, Natalie loves sharing the power of these ancient traditions in a modern, easily applied format. She teaches in a way that both honors tradition and encompasses today’s need for mind, body, and spirit integration. Natalie believes meditation and yoga are our greatest tools for reducing stress and living our brightest, happiest, healthiest life. She is honored to share these powerful tools with the world.
